Therapeutic Services

Perinatal & Maternal Mental Health

Becoming a parent — or continuing to parent through life's changes — brings up complex emotions. I offer individual therapy for adults navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, identity shifts, and the everyday stress of parenting. Together, we'll work to help you feel more grounded and supported.

Infant and Early Childhood Therapy

Young children communicate through behavior and play, not always words. I work with children in their earliest years around trauma-related needs, parent-child relationship concerns, and behavioral concerns, using approaches designed specifically for this stage of development — including Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). This work often includes parents directly in session, strengthening the relationship at the center of a young child's world.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

I have a particular focus on supporting children and adolescents as they navigate trauma, family stress, and the everyday work of growing up — including identity development and life transitions. Therapy offers young people a steady, nonjudgmental space to process their experiences and build resilience.

Family Therapy

Families sometimes need a space to be seen and heard together, not just individually. I work with families navigating conflict, transitions, trauma, or ongoing stress, helping each member feel understood while building healthier patterns of connection and communication at home.

Informed Parenting Support & Coaching

Parenting is easier with support. I offer attachment-informed coaching for parents and caregivers who want practical, relationship-centered guidance — whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply want to feel more confident and connected in your parenting.
