Get to Know Dr. Jacqueline

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're doing it on behalf of your child or your family. You don't have to navigate it alone.

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist offering a warm, supportive space for parents, children, and families to feel understood and cared for. My work is grounded in relationships — I help clients explore how past experiences shape the way they connect, parent, and move through life today.

I provide therapy to support parents, children, and families through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, parenting stress, trauma, and family conflict. With specialized training in infant and early childhood mental health, I bring both compassion and evidence-based tools to help you find more balance and connection at home.

My approach is attachment-based and relational, and I draw on mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral strategies as they fit each family's needs. With younger children, I use play as a natural language for exploring feelings and strengthening the parent-child relationship. Across all ages, I aim to help you and your family navigate difficult moments and build lasting, secure connection.

I've had the privilege of working with families in schools, hospitals, community mental health settings, and private practice, and I bring that range of experience into a private, individualized practice built around your family's specific needs.

If this feels like the right fit, I'd be honored to support you and your family in your next steps. I invite you to reach out.
